In oroco_kdl, KDLConfig.cmake.in sets PKG_CONFIG_PATH as follows.
set(ENV{PKG_CONFIG_PATH} "@CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX@/lib/pkgconfig/")

It should be updated instead:
set(ENV{PKG_CONFIG_PATH}
"@CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX@/lib/pkgconfig/:$ENV{PKG_CONFIG_PATH}")

Are you guys planning to switch to github any time soon ? Just curious.
